CRIO <> Delfa

Purpose: understand what the Delfa and CRIO integration does, how information flows between the two systems, and where to find the detailed reference material.

Delfa's patient recruitment management platform is a place for your recruitment busy work. We integrate with CRIO so that both recruiters and clinical coordinators have the information that they need.

What this integration covers

Information is shared between the Delfa patient recruitment management platform (PRM) and the CRIO clinical trial management system (CTMS). The integration keeps patient records, study statuses, and communication history aligned so that recruiters can work out of Delfa while coordinators continue to work out of CRIO.

The documentation is split into three parts:

Information Syncing What information moves between Delfa and CRIO, in which direction, when it moves, and how patient pulls and pushes work, both manually and automatically.

Status Mappings How Delfa's patient-study statuses and study statuses map to CRIO's Recruitment and Subject statuses, in both directions.

Agent Flow (below) A visualization of how Delfa's AI agents update study statuses as they reach, or fail to reach, each patient.

Agent Flow

Delfa's AI agents make study-status updates as they reach or do not reach the patient. The diagram below shows the full agent workflow and the status changes made at each step.
