You may want to set up user accounts and assign them to specific sites and studies in advance, before those users have logged in for the first time.

Answer

Yes. Admins can invite a user and choose their sites and studies in the same step. The saved access is applied when the user accepts the invitation.

1. Go to Admin → Recruiters.

2. Open the Members & invitations tab.

3. Click Invite user.

4. Enter the Email address and choose a Role.

5. Select Set up access now.

6. Choose the Sites. Optionally choose the exact Studies they work on at each site. Leave Studies empty to give site access only.

7. Click Send invitation.

If you choose Invite without assignments, the user signs in without any sites or studies. You can assign them in Workload & assignments once they join.

Only admins can send invitations. Pending invitations are listed on the same tab, where you can resend, change the role or revoke them.
