Rescheduling or Cancelling Meetings with Your Delfa Team

Last updated: August 18, 2026

From time to time, your Delfa point of contact may need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled meeting due to planned or unexpected absences. This article explains what to expect and how the process works.

What happens if my Delfa contact is unavailable?

If your primary Delfa contact is unexpectedly out of office or has a conflict, another member of the Delfa team will reach out to notify you as soon as possible and propose an alternative time. You do not need to take any action unless you are asked to confirm availability for the rescheduled slot.

Will the original calendar invite be removed?

In some cases, the original calendar invite may remain on your calendar even after a meeting has been cancelled or rescheduled. This can happen when the person who owns the calendar event is unavailable to remove it. If you are unsure whether a meeting is still taking place, please check with your Delfa contact directly for confirmation.

How do I get an updated meeting link after a reschedule?

When a meeting is rescheduled, your Delfa contact will send you an updated calendar invite with the new time and meeting link. If you do not receive an updated invite, feel free to reach out to your Delfa contact and they will provide you with the correct link.

What if I have a conflict with an upcoming meeting?

If you anticipate a conflict with a scheduled meeting, please let your Delfa contact know as soon as possible. They will work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule.

For any urgent scheduling questions, please reach out directly to your Delfa point of contact.
