What is required for lead ingestion when submitting leads via the Delfa integration?

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Context

When setting up the Delfa integration for lead ingestion, you need to provide specific study identifiers so that leads can be correctly routed and processed. This article explains what information is required and how leads should be submitted.

Answer

To submit leads through the Delfa lead ingestion integration, you will need to provide the following identifiers for each study:

  • Protocol Number – The protocol identifier associated with the study.

  • Site ID – The identifier for the specific site.

Leads should be submitted using the Protocol Number and Site ID combination. Once these are provided to the Delfa team, they can be uploaded and end-to-end testing can proceed.

Only include studies that are actively enrolling. Let your Delfa team know when a study is paused or closed so that outreach for it can stop.

The patient flow through the Delfa integration follows this general pipeline:

If you have questions about which studies to include or need help preparing your study identifiers, please reach out to your Delfa account team.
