Context

If your organisation has multiple PRM instances set up (for example, instances for different regions or networks), you may wonder whether each instance requires a separate login or account. In Delfa, each instance is an organization.

Answer

All PRM instances associated with your organisation share a single login. You do not need separate credentials for each instance.

Once you are logged in, you can switch between your available instances directly within the PRM. To access a different instance:

1. Log in to the PRM using your usual credentials.

2. Click your current organization name in the top-right of the header.

3. Select the organization you wish to view. If you belong to five or more, type in Search organizations to find it.

If you have been invited to another organization, the invitation appears in the same list. Click it to accept and switch.

You cannot switch while a call is in progress. Finish the call first.

If you are unable to see a particular instance, you may not yet have been granted access to it. Please contact your administrator or the Delfa support team to have your account added to the relevant instance(s).
