Context

To enable Delfa to capture new leads from your Meta lead forms and automatically enroll them in AI outreach (cadences), you need to grant Delfa's team access to your Meta Business account.

Follow these steps to grant Delfa the necessary permissions in your Meta Business account:

1. Log in to your Meta Business account and navigate to Business Settings.

2. Go to the People page and click Invite.

3. Enter the Delfa team member's email address (provided to you by your Delfa onboarding contact).

4. Select Full control as the permission level.

5. Send the invitation.

Note: Full control access is required so that Delfa can retrieve new leads from your Meta forms. Delfa will not take any other actions on your account.

Once access has been granted, Delfa will be able to receive new leads as soon as they submit a form and enroll them in the appropriate cadence. If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to your Delfa onboarding contact.
