Can I update an existing agent to automatically pull leads from ads and landing pages?

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Context

When an agent is initially set up using a one-time call list upload, you may later find that new leads are continuously coming in through ads and landing pages. Rather than manually importing new leads on a recurring basis, you can have new leads from specific lead sources start the agent automatically.

Answer

Yes. New leads start outreach when their lead source is linked to the cadence that runs your agent. This eliminates the need for repeated manual imports and ensures new leads are contacted promptly as they come in.

If your leads come from a Delfa webform, lead recruiters can set this up themselves:

  1. Go to Lead Sources and click Create Lead Source.

  2. Set Provider to FORM, choose your published Webform, and give the lead source a Name.

  3. Choose an Assignment Method. With Manual, choose the Site Assignments. With Auto, leads go to the nearest site(s) based on their zip code.

  4. Choose the Qualified Cadence that runs your agent, and optionally a Disqualified Cadence.

  5. Click Create.

For ads, third-party landing pages or other platforms, reach out to the Delfa team and provide the following information:

  1. The name of the existing agent you would like to update.

  2. A list of the landing pages and/or ads you want the agent to trigger from. Include the exact names or identifiers for each lead source.

  3. Confirmation of the agent's intended behavior (e.g., conduct a full medical history screen, schedule an appointment if the patient qualifies, or place them on a self-scheduling page if no appointments are available).

Once the Delfa team has this information, they will connect the specified sources to your agent. You will be notified when the update is live.

If you are unsure which lead sources to include, review your active campaigns and identify the landing pages and ad forms that are generating applicants for the relevant study.
